In-stock perfume orders within Kuwait are delivered within a maximum of 5 days, although delivery times may be slightly extended during sale periods or high-volume seasons. International in-stock orders are delivered within 10 days, with the same consideration for potential seasonal delays.
Certain fragrances or exclusive releases may be available for pre-order. Customers may make an advance payment to secure these items, ensuring priority delivery once they are produced and ready for dispatch. Pre-order delivery timelines typically range from 12 to 20 working days, but may vary depending on production schedules, sales periods, or unforeseen global delays.
If an incorrect perfume or product is shipped by mistake, we will replace it at no additional cost.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned perfumes or products must be in perfect condition—unopened, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags fully intact.
Please note that customized orders, special requests, and made-on-demand items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For hygiene and safety reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges on perfume oils or opened fragrance bottles.
We do not accept returned items that are sent back without an approved return request. Any item received in a used, opened, damaged, or unsealed condition, or without original tags and packaging, will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
