Returns & Exchanges Policy

No Returns After Use
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.

For quality assurance and customer protection, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Opened perfume boxes
• Used or sprayed bottles
• Items with removed seals or packaging
• Products that have been tampered with in any way

All perfume purchases are considered final once opened.

Exchanges for Damaged Items (Within 24–48 Hours Only)
We only offer exchanges in the rare case that the perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or defective.
To request an exchange:

• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order
• The perfume must be unused and unopened
• The original packaging and seal must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Any requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Delivery times depend on the courier’s schedule
Actual delivery may vary based on service availability, transit conditions, and the delivery location.
